What is life? Why are we here ? For me, what I have experienced is that I’m here to learn how to give and receive love. I am here to serve others.We are here to give and receive love, this is the point of having a relationship with someone, of fall in loving, of experiencing heartbreaks, of facing challenges, problems, obstacles, pain, grief, sorrow, regret etc. Life teaches us how to find love in ourselves by keeping our hearts open, knowing that the best is yet to come. When the expected situation in life does not come your way, if you can just put it in perspective and see the bigger picture, you’ll realize there’s a reason behind everything. There is a specific lesson you’re supposed to learn from every experience in life. All experiences in life teach you how to find your true self. All experiences in life teach you to love, accept, trust, and forgive yourself. All experiences in life teach you to open your heart to love.

What do you do when you encounter heart brakes, injury, or face disappointments? Some of us close ourselves up because we are afraid of being hurt again. Some of us can move on easily. Here are at least ten ways that can help you open your heart again.


1 . Do what you love and love what you do

What makes you heart sing?

Find the time to do something you love. Create that special moment when you and connect with your faith, that inner true self that has the ability to give love, and receive love. For example, reading, writing, cooking, talking with friends, walking in the woods, working in your garden, going to the beach, etc. When you do something you love, your heart opens up for more love and you also have more love to give.

2 . Do something for someone without any expectation

What would be a good action, thought, word that you can give to someone without expectations?
How would it make the other person feel when he / she receives an act of kindness from you?
How do you feel when you do something nice for others?

For me, it should not be a big, grandiose work, but small things with great love. For example, I walk my dog regularly because I love it. I just do it for her because I know she likes to go out and it’s good for her. When she is happy, it makes me happy. To please anyone keeps my heart glowing, dancing, and expanding to more love. My other favorite things to do is to open doors for someone everywhere I go, smile at people who walk by, wave to neighbors, say ” hello ” to people passing by while I walk my dog, etc. You will feel the love in your heart that you give, because what goes around comes around.

3 . Think happy thoughts

What makes you smile when you think about it?

Have you ever heard of the ” Law of Attraction ” ? Birds of a feather flock together. Love attracts love. Hate attracts hatred.

When you think happy thoughts, some happy things begin to manifest in your life.
When you think sad thoughts, sad incidents begin to manifest in your life. When you think of someone or your old friend, they call you or email you, etc. Thoughts are energy and so are you. Be aware of what you think, because you will receive everything you think. If you want happiness, then, think of happiness. If you want to have love in your heart, then think about love. If you want peace, then, think peace, etc. When you think happy thoughts, your heart will be filled with love and happiness. Your heart will smile and be ready to open again.

4 . Embrace life and say “yes” to the

When the opportunity presents itself to you , what would you do with it ? When a new friend, a relationship or job appears in your life, how do you approach this? Do you agree with the grace or the escape?

If you say “no” to life, think about how many opportunities and life lessons you will miss. Think about what you might be missing that you can learn from, grow and become stronger. Life is growth. As long as you live, you will continue to grow.

Take risks, step out of your comfort zone, stretch your muscles, and say “yes” to life. I would also advise you to see the movie “Yes Man” with Jim Carrey. It is a great movie for all of us to learn to listen to our hearts and say “Yes” to life.

If you say “yes” to life, you learn to find your true self which is unlimited, incredible and bold. You will learn that you can indeed do what you want to do and be what you want to be. You have the power within you . It is a matter of taking action and accepting all the opportunities that present themselves. The major key is to always listen to your heart or your inner voice, because he always tells the truth. Say ” yes” to what you want and say “no” to what you do not want.

What keeps you from being open to embracing life ?

A typical response would be “I ‘m afraid …. ” Yes , it is good to recognize fear. It is indeed good for you. It is healthy. It can help you build confidence as you move past your fear to the other side. you will be proud of the fact that you actually have overcome. the key is to fill your heart with love. with love you can do anything!

Although things may seem difficult at the moment, so you can be who you really are and tap into the power within. Go beyond the limitation. Come feel the unlimited in you. You will be surprised by yourself in all the truth when you can afford to be who you really are – unlimited !

You are unlimited. Why limit yourself ? Be open, say “yes” to life and see what life could bring for you.

5. See the best of every person, every situation, every opportunity and every moment

What do you see in your life right now that is a great opportunity for you to develop ?
When you put things in perspective, it helps you expand your perception. You see things in a bigger picture. Instead of beating yourself, blaming yourself or others for your past mistakes, practice seeing the lesson behind your experience. What did life teach you? When you see the best in everything and everyone, you ‘re more likely to see the best of yourself. When you see things in a bigger picture, your heart is more inclined to accept what life can bring and be more open to love.

6 . Practice controlling your breathing, meditation , contemplation or Whatever helps you be at peace.

Controlling your breathing, meditation or contemplation all help you connect to your true self. As many of you may have heard, we are spiritual beings in human bodies. Each of us has an inner voice that always tells the truth. Practice controlling your breathing, meditation or contemplation. This will help you still your mind and be in touch with who you really are. It will bring love, peace, and even heal your broken heart. When you listen to the mind instead of your own heart, you simply stop makng progress. It prevents you from seeing the truth. It prevents you from being your authentic, true self . It prevents you from experiencing love. It prevents you from opening your heart. Your true nature is love. Love is what you are.

Close your eyes , your mind and even practice your breathing. Take deep breaths , hold, and let go slowly. Let go of all your hurts , worries, doubts and fears. Be in the moment of your breathing. You breathe love in and let love out. You are aware of your condition at the moment. It is a state of being in love. Keep practicing this for about 15-20 minutes a day and you will see the results. You will feel at peace and find love there.

7 . Be grateful for everything

What are you thankful for today?
What blessings have you received from your birth until now?
What are the blessings that make you feel loved, accepted and special?

Start counting your blessings today. You will be amazed that you are very lucky indeed.
Are you still breathing ? You are alive! You have eyes to see, ears to hear, mouth to eat, nose to smell beautiful roses , hands for touching things and your heart is still beating ! You may not be like your neighbors with, children, dream job, dream car, money, etc., but you are yourself, the wonderful, incredible, you !

What are you thankful for? Do you have your diary that you can write your list? When you write things down, it helps you see things clearly. At present, you may not feel grateful. If you grab a pen and start doodling, passing through all the wonderful things you are grateful for in your life, you will be surprised. Think of a person in the past who came into your life and you learned something – if it was your parents, siblings , spouse, children, teachers, friends, colleagues, bosses, neighbors, or even strangers your ex , etc. . What have you learned from them? What specific lesson it was that each of these people has taught you and brought you to be the person you are today?

I count my blessings every day before going to bed and when I wake up every morning. I thank my Higher Power for the gift of life. I thank my husband and my children for being in my life. I thank all my friends and everyone who is in my life. I thank my dog who has taught me to love unconditionally. I thank every situation, every experience , and every challenge that has helped me grow. I thank the sun that shines on me. I thank the beautiful green trees for their beauty. I thank the rain for pouring on all the trees. I can go on and on with my long list. The more I count my blessings, more love is in my heart .

Sometimes when life does come our way , we get frustrated , disappointed , and close our hearts. If you start to look at life in perspective, you will see that life is indeed to teach you to learn to love yourself . Life teaches you how to find and find the love in you. When you are grateful for life and all, your heart will start opening. This is the secret . Count your blessings today and feel your heart expand !
Life is a precious gift . Do not take for granted.

8. Be in the present moment

Where are your thoughts right now?

If you are reading this article, you are here and now. If your eyes are looking at this article, but your mind is elsewhere , you are not present.

Some of us or most of us spend too much time dwelling on thoughts of how the happy past was, when you were in your past relationship, it was so sad to part, how our bodies use to look like when we were young, how you enjoyed your time with someone, but now everything is gone, how much you regret , and so on… when your thoughts dwell on the past, you live in the past. You are not here. You can not move forward when you live in the past. Let go of your past. Let it go. There is more . Do not worry about the future either. There is no past, no future, but the present. Every moment of your life is in the present.

9 . be love

How can you attract love, if you do not love?

Fill your heart with love by thinking happy thoughts, let go of your old wounds, limiting negative beliefs and see who you are right now. When you love, you will get into love. When you feel love, you tend to be more open to possibilities. You are more willing to give. And when you give, what you give comes back to you .

Practice being loving you by looking in the mirror and saying ” I love you. You are incredible. You are a happy being. You are loving and kind. “When you love, trust, accept and forgive yourself, you will become more affectionate.

10 . Be yourself

Who are you really?

Spend time to discover the real you. You are the creator of your own world. You can do or be what you want to do and be . The key is to tap into this power and begin to act now. Discover the real, authentic you. Discover the loving you, who has a beautiful heart that is filled with so much love, joy and peace. You inspire others. You are beautiful. You are love. Be yourself and love. Then you will attract love into your life. You become a magnet for love.

Open your heart again. Let love come in. Fill your heart with it and give it to those who need it. You are incredible! The world does not need your pain, but your love. You are love.
